EMBOSSED METAL

  • Boobalicious_art_2
When I found out I had breast cancer I created my boobalicious art from wire, plaster and lots of collaged junk. My husband thought I went over the top with the flowers but they were the "cherry on the sundae"!

Cheryl, I'm so sorry that you have such problems with your house. Unfortunately, "Mother Nature" can do whatever she wants, and she doesn't give a shit what happens to the people involved. I hope that things get fixed soon for you.
I, also, am concerned about your stomach. I wonder if it's from all this stress. I sure hope that the Dr. gives you compassionate care and helps you to feel better!

Cheryl Hope the doctor gives you good news about your stomach problems. Wishing you and favorite hubby a wonderful Valentine's Day. Sending prayers and soft hugs your way.

Cheryl Darrow

Thank you for your concern Barbie, but I don't know how you could think I have stress. I'm the most stressfree person on earth! :)

Actually I have a hiatial hernia that is causing my stomach to go up into my chest...that's what my doctor said and I should see a surgeon asap. I told my favorite hubby my stomach was going to come out of my mouth like in Alien. And, that's kinda what it feels like.

Starla

Sorry to hear about your Alien stomach (soo loved that movie when I was younger...now...can't stomach (bwhaa!) it!!

And I have to say, I totally cracked up about your mother's concerns about getting her @$$ shocked while on the toilet!! Sorry, I think I would have died laughing!! (which, then, could be taken as God's way of striking me with lightening!!)

Cheryl, I met you in Tucson at the Bead Show and after watching your videos, especially the one about a show with your daughter, I can just imagine the look on your face as your mom is talking to you. That made my day and I too have heard God say "suck it up!"

Chris

I love the story..My mom lives with my "sainted" husband and me, is 84 years old, has myesthinia gravas( a nuero-muscular disease) and lymphadema from a 30 year old masectomy. I feel your pain :)

marcia

Oh, a hernia...ok. I got all choked up there, C! white light to you and none to your mom's electric seat.

Cheryl I am laughing my ass off at your Mom's heated toilet seat! Girl you have such a crazy life I roll every time I read your posts! Hope favorite hubby got it fixed for them so they aren't electrocuted! ;-)

Hoooo.... you ARE having a crazy time right now. I do hope you will have fast recovery from your stomach surgery. I'm loving my verday paints!!! I've put it on wood frames, chipboard for diecutting, and on plastic buttons.... oh, and a rock. The rock was... just because! Why not! Next I wanna try canvas and dried gesso. I wish I had more time in the day...
