I've been busy relaxing today, drinking wine, eating fish and shrimp and talking with new friends in Gava, Spain. Tomorrow we go back into Barcelona for our book festival and we're praying it doesn't rain.
This trip has opened my eyes to new ideas, new ways of cooking and I'm never eating in a fast food restaurant again. I'm going to go downstairs to the bakery and buy fresh croissants every morning, squeeze my own orange juice and go to the fish market for freshly caught fish at least three times a week. I'm also giving up cussing. Oh crap, I can't do that, I live in hell, there are no downstairs at home with a bakery on the corner, no juicer and I live inland.
Pack it up Ken, we're moving to Spain!

I could learn to live with that lifestyle. I would love to move to Spain. Have a blast and can't wait to hear more about it.

Oh Cheryl, did you get to visit the big open market place in Barcelona yet? Every booth sold something different. I loved the fresh squeezed fruit juices and the photos I took of the baskets of spices were so awesome. I hope you found some awesome tapas. I actually found them hard to find unless you hit the bars but the one place I did find had some "interesting" tapas. Can't wait to hear about your adventures when you get back.

Eating healthier and I thought it was the wine that made them not have the heart problems we have here. I have added more fish to my diet, but it is all frozen. Better than nothing! Still drinking the wine!
